Copas Artisan Coronation Sauce

Copas Artisan Coronation Sauce is excellent both in taste and texture. However, the suggested quantity of chicken/turkey produced a very diluted taste result. Therefore I tweaked the ratios when using the second jar reducing the amount of meat by a quarter: the result was excellent.
