Brilliant Gravy

So fantastic to be able to purchase the giblets!
Hard to find, but got a few bags to make stock...and they were fantastic! The Customer service was second to none, polite emails keeping informed on delivery dates...genuine excellent service. Delivered when promised, all very well chilled and in top notch condition. A wonderful product from a tremendously good company. Highly recommended!

Turkey Giblets
5 stars are not enough. It is a family tradition that stretches back beyond my grandfather that on Christmas Day breakfast consists of the giblets of whatever poultry was being prepared for the main meal. Obviously when I was younger it was chicken but since the advent of turkey being the main meal it has been from that source. as my family has grown then the tradition has continued to my children and now my grandchildren, hence the demand for ever more larger quantity for the breakfast. Prior to Copas selling them separately I have been sourcing them from neighbours, customers and friends but as many of them have ceased purchasing whole poultry but prefer to buy crowns or other meat or indeed now have become vegans it has been a struggle to find enough for everybody around my table. I was able to source some from Copas on turkey collection day either from the company themselves or from other customers who were going to discard theirs. Now that Copas sell them as an individual item the amount I purchase has no limits and I can happily serve up and my family can consume as much as they want. This year the quality and quantity, in each bag, was to the highest standard and were readily consumed. Of course the liquid that they are cooked in form the basis of the main meal gravy. I will be purchasing more next year ready for the tradition to continue. 5 stars are not enough for this product.

Best turkey gravy made with goblet stock
Always use giblet stock to make gravy at Christmas time. These did the job even though I had a turkey breast joint for only three people this year, I still ordered the giblets.

Always brilliant to get extra giblets. Can’t help wondering, though, which customer went without! Where do those extra one come from?
